1. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable, unless the appointment was cancelled by us or due to unavoidable circumstances on our part.
- If a patient cancels or reschedules an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, the amount may be adjusted toward a future appointment, but is not refunded.
2. Surgical and Procedure Payments
- Payments made for surgeries or procedures are refundable only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours in advance, and no preparatory work (e.g., diagnostic tests, pre-op medications) has been undertaken.
- In case of partial cancellation (e.g., a bundled service), only the unused portion of the service may be considered for refund.
- Any expenses already incurred (like pre-operative tests, consultation, or consumables) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Diagnostic and Lab Tests
- Refunds are not applicable once the diagnostic or lab service has been rendered.
- In cases of technical issues or service delivery failures on our part, a full or partial refund may be considered upon review.
4. Online Payments and Technical Errors
- If a payment is made online and the transaction fails or is duplicated, but the amount is debited, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation from our payment gateway provider.

5. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
